Pizza! We all love it, but we can’t exactly eat it ALL the time. We also don’t want to deprive ourselves either. When you are craving pizza but your waistline or health can’t afford it, zucchini pizza is the perfect way to reach a happy medium.
- 1 Medium sized Zucchini
- 6-15 Cherry Tomatoes
- Fresh Parmesan or Mozzarella Cheese
- Salt (Himalayan pink salt works best) & Pepper
