DIY Mason Jar Vase

Summer has got me having a flower fever. Every weekend I want nothing more than to venture out with my girlfriends to the nearest farmer’s market and grab some fresh produce along with a bouquet of fresh blooms. Instead of coming home and filling a boring old glass vase with my fresh flowers, though, I decided to start a little project. Why not have a vase that brings an added pop of color to your blooms? Something bright and colorful that will bring out your personal style and the flowers you bought!



This simple and easy DIY project will only take up a few hours of your time. It’s a no brainer! Time to get your paint brushes ready! Work on this great project on a lazy Sunday, or even on a Friday night-in with the girls… Enjoy a glass of wine and make this DIY a shared event! Once your mason jars are painted and finished, you can fill them up with your blooms of choice and enjoy!

Here is what you will need:

  • Mason Jar(s) – However many you want to paint

Your choice of:

  • Spray Paint
  • Acrylic Craft Paint & brushes
