This coffee smoothie is a variation of the one found on LaurenConrad.com. It may not be the most filling, but it is energizing, refreshing, and pairs perfectly with the rest of your breakfast! I love having this smoothie with some yogurt and berries or an English muffin with peanut butter.
– 1 cup chilled coffee
– 4-5 ice cubes
– 1 cup almond milk (I like to use almond-coconut blend milk)
– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Blend ‘er all up and you have your morning coffee in the form of a yummy smoothie! I also like to add some berries on top (I like berries with coffee, weird?) Blueberries and sliced strawberries taste great. Don’t forget to eat something substantial with this drink; nothing is a substitute for a hearty breakfast, even a delicious coffee drink.
