We’ve all been hearing about this cauliflower craze and how you can replace it for almost anything. Honestly, we were doubtful of it’s ability to keep the flavors alive in any recipe, so we decided to test it out in the CgC kitchen.
Ingredients:1 head of cauliflower
Toppings of your choice
First you need one large head of cauliflower. Take the head and rinse it under cold water and do not dry. Then, put the cauliflower into your food processor and process it until it is the consistency of rice.
